Hi, my name is Ben Noynay... and I am your RIGHTCoach. Welcome to RIGHT Coaching Systems (RCS).
I am an experienced, qualified and licenced business coach, career coach and life coach.
My coaching programs aim to teach and guide you how to achieve success in your business, in your career and in your life.
I do my coaching sessions both online and in person.
My online coaching is conducted using a video chat app like Facebook Messenger, Skype, Zoom, or any other video conferencing software that is available to you.

The RIGHT Business Coaching Program is about educating you, the business owner, on how to implement and apply the agreed success strategies to your current business. The Program has four components.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
This is an overview of the current status of your business. During this meeting, your RIGHTCoach will help you identify and establish your vision of where you want to be in life as a business owner.
Specifically, this meeting shall cover the following objectives:

To determine what is the definite major purpose of your life.

To understand what you want out of your business.

To establish what your goals are in the next 12 months.

To brainstorm with your RIGHTCoach some ideas on strategies that will guide you to achieve your goals.

To prioritize the implementation of these strategies.

To determine how you run the program.
During the Initial Consultation, your RIGHTCoach will be recommending additional training courses, reading, and other products required to attain your goals as a business owner on top of the regular coaching commitment.
MONTHLY COACHING
Your RIGHTCoach will coach your for 4 hours per month broken down into one hour per week at an agreed day and time.
